Phenomenally emotive and descriptive writing. Suspense and action worthy of another genre. I am absolutely enamored by the story of Bea and Priest. These characters are beautifully written, complex in their obsession with each other.
You will love this book if you like your stories a bit on the more violent side with characters that don't shy away from the human condition. You will love this book if you appreciate well put together descriptive prose in the same manner as some literary classics. If not, you will find the stretches of self reflection and philosophy in the book to be boring.
