Review: The Man In The Mask

The Man In The Mask The Man In The Mask by Anya Summers
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I am the first to admit that I don't like to read a trilogy or even a duet. It too often feels as if the story is dragged out unnecessarily. This book is different. It is a much quicker read that leaves you wanting more of the story.

The story is told in first person by Prue. Due to the first person perspective, the tension in the book is amped up with each successive encounter between Max and Prue. You just know the heat and hot scenes are to come crashing down on our heroine. We have enough of a back story for Prue that I am already rooting for her HEA.

Your time will not be wasted, even with a cliffhanger.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
