Opposites attract in this charming story of feisty Poppy who refuses to let life get her down and the more surly Dakota, who lives in the shadow of his quest for revenge. With neither wanting a commitment, the attraction is explosive. Poppy ventures beyond the vanilla and Dakota is there to show her the way. I loved the scenes they did together. Add in some tension and suspense and you will root for the HEA.
The characters are fleshed out with their motivations and attitude to life well explained.
