It is no secret that I love the way Ms Bartel can weave a story.
Ghost is no exception. Ms Bartel employs a subtle literary theme, using interesting words and even the lack of words, to convey a much bigger meaning.
Ghost stands strong in his protectiveness and his convictions. His FMC is a strong counterpoint to him. Bravery comes in many forms and loving a man in loneliness is a strength of the FMC acknowledged by Sybil.
You could read this as a standalone, but why would you given this great series?
