Cheesy tropes but satisfying read

Another BDSM club, rich dominant, down on her luck newbie submissive and the requisite problematic ex.

However, I enjoyed the execution of the above. Raia was a good combination of vulnerable, insecure, but strong. Eric was totally enamoured. Both had to adjust to a new type of dynamic. The secondary characters were interesting, and I will read more books in this series.

I liked the dynamic between Raia and Eric, which is explained as a 24/7 type D/s relationship. The heat between them was off the charts. However, I would have preferred to see more of the growth of this type of intimacy, but the book moved too quickly for this to be explored in more depth.

In all a good read that I would rate 4 (good but not exceptional) on Amazon but 3 (I liked it) on Goodreads.
